Help Me Today

Dear Jesus,

Help me. Today, I feel overwhelmed. I know I shouldn't because you promised that you will carry every load and you will take away our anxieties. I lift it up to you. All of it. Help me focus on the brighter side of everything. Thank you for the league you placed me in. Thank you that I have good health. Thank you that I have you to share these thoughts with. Before I even let you know, you are already fully aware of everything. Clear my head father. I need you to be the only one that remains in my head. Give me time to rest my head and prepare to face challenges again.
